Storehouses provides powerful search and filtering capabilities to help you quickly find specific items or groups of assets in your portfolio. Use the global search bar available on most pages to find items instantly.

The search function looks through:
  • Item titles - The name you gave the item
  • Descriptions - Item description field
  • Category-specific fields - Brand names, metal types, artist names, etc.
  • Notes - Your private notes
  • Collection names - Items in named collections
  • Location names - Items at specific locations

Find items within a specific value range:

Search Tips

Be specific in your searches:
  • ✅ “american gold eagle 1oz”
  • ❌ “coin”
More specific terms return better results.
Storehouses finds partial matches:
  • “sub” finds “Rolex Submariner”
  • “bord” finds “Bordeaux” wines
  • “2015” finds all 2015 items
No need to worry about capitalization:
  • “rolex” = “ROLEX” = “Rolex”
For complex searches, use filters instead of trying to craft the perfect search term.Instead of searching: “gold over 5oz in vault” Use filters:
  • Category: Precious Metals
  • Metal: Gold
  • Weight: > 5 oz
  • Location: Vault
